About this role
Acumatica is a cloud ERP provider for small and mid-size businesses. The Associate IT Analyst supports employees in the Hyderabad office and remote users in the region with devices, access, applications and IT service requests. Daily work covers setting up and supporting laptops and mobile devices, onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, handling tickets in Jira Service Management, and keeping asset records accurate. The role also involves keeping endpoints patched and working with global IT and security teams on harder issues. It suits someone with around two years of IT or desktop support experience.

What you'll do
- Configure, deploy and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
- Prepare devices and access for new hires and recover assets at offboarding
- Provide first- and second-line support and resolve incidents and requests in Jira Service Management
- Provision and review user access under approved policies and security controls
- Maintain hardware and software asset records and keep endpoints patched using endpoint-management tools
- Support printers, meeting-room AV, Wi-Fi and remote access, and document procedures and knowledge articles
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years in IT support, desktop support, service desk or a similar role
- Experience supporting Windows, with exposure to macOS, iOS and Android
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity/access management (Entra ID/Azure AD)
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access, and experience with ticketing and IT service management
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
