What you'll do
- Work with customers and global teams to understand requests and reported issues
- Drive issues toward solutions and fixes within defined SLAs
- Replicate and maintain customer environments and track customizations
- Document learnings and write knowledge articles for repeated cases
- Follow up on issues until closure and report to management
- Identify routine tasks that can be automated
What you need
- Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in application support and implementation, ideally supporting BY TMS or SCM applications
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting BY TMS web applications
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions (Azure) and microservices-based architecture
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, AppD and Splunk
- Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration and identity management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
