What you'll do

  • Independently validate models across financial domains such as credit risk, marketing, fraud and account management
  • Use Google Cloud Platform to automate workflows and improve process integration
  • Execute AI validation projects from conceptualization to implementation
  • Engage with other departments to share insights and keep strategy implementation cohesive
  • Contribute to policies guiding AI practices and model risk management
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines on model risk management

What you need

  • 2-5 years of experience developing and/or validating models
  • Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or a relevant field
  • Expertise in AI techniques such as machine learning, NLP and deep learning
  • Advanced Python and SQL programming, with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Statsmodels or TensorFlow recommended
  • Practical experience in credit risk, marketing and/or fraud models
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders across geographies
