About this role

Eloelo Group runs consumer apps Story TV (micro-drama) and Master (micro-learning), both reaching millions of Indian users. The Data Scientist works with Product, Engineering and Business teams to understand user behaviour and find growth opportunities. Day to day this means analysing large datasets, running A/B tests, building dashboards and developing predictive models. The role goes beyond reporting into modelling and productionising ML. It suits people with 2-3 years in data science or product analytics.

What you'll do

  • Analyse large datasets to produce product and business insights
  • Define success metrics and KPIs with product managers and business teams
  • Design, run and analyse A/B tests and feature rollouts
  • Build dashboards and analytical frameworks for cross-functional teams
  • Develop predictive, segmentation and user behaviour models
  • Work with Engineering and ML teams to productionise and monitor models

What you need

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Product Analytics or a related role
  • Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Strong SQL and experience with large datasets
  • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, A/B and hypothesis testing
  • Experience building classification, regression or clustering models
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
