About this role
This role sits in the IQVIA IVP Product Team, which builds pharmacovigilance and safety products for global life sciences clients. The analyst develops business analytics dashboards and reports and helps turn business needs into clear documentation. Day to day, the work involves joining requirement and backlog discussions, writing user stories and BRDs, checking data and workflows, and supporting UAT with QA teams. It suits recent graduates or people with up to one year of experience who are interested in healthcare technology and data-driven decisions.

What you'll do
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements with Product Managers and Delivery Teams
- Take part in requirement discussions, user story creation and backlog grooming for IVP products
- Write BRDs, user stories and use cases
- Validate business workflows, perform data checks and support testing
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and track tasks in Jira
- Support UAT and coordinate with QA teams on test coverage
What you need
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in business analysis or related roles in healthcare, life sciences or pharmacovigilance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Looker Studio Pro, LookML, Python and SQL
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced global team
