About this role
LambdaTest (TestMu AI) is building an AI-native platform that uses agentic intelligence to plan, write and self-heal software quality engineering work. This Noida role is mostly backend engineering in Go, with a smaller share of DevOps and reliability work. The engineer builds platform services and APIs, runs them on AWS and Kubernetes, and handles production incidents. It suits engineers with 2-3 years of experience who write real production code rather than only configuring tools.

What you'll do
- Build custom platform services, tooling and automation in Go
- Design event-driven systems using Kafka, Redis and MySQL
- Develop and own APIs and service-layer logic end to end
- Deploy and operate services on AWS and Kubernetes, including scaling, traffic management and deployment pipelines
- Instrument services with APM and observability tools
- Lead incident response and build safeguards to prevent recurrence
What you need
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong Go (Rust or Java acceptable if Go is unknown)
- Production-grade coding ability building custom solutions
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis and MySQL
- Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes, including AWS-level networking
- Observability/APM experience (New Relic, Sumo Logic or similar) and SRE thinking
