About this role
This role is in Mondelēz International's Data COE, based at the Mumbai business office. The team builds cloud-based data solutions that feed business analytics. What you'll do
- Design and build scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud-based data solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform and load data into data warehouses or data lakes
- Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Optimise data processing in pipelines and data storage for retrieval performance
- Coordinate with the delivery team to complete deliverables on time, following data engineering guidelines and standards
What you need
- 2 to 4 years of data engineering experience with good expertise in the required tech stack
- Programming in Python, PySpark and SQL
- Databricks (LDP, Lakeflow Connect, Notebooks), AecorSoft/DataSphere, and Medallion Architecture
- Data warehousing and dimensional modelling: SCD types, facts and dimensions, star schema
- AWS services: S3, Lambda, EC2, Glue, Redshift
- Scheduling tools such as Lakeflow Jobs or Airflow; strong problem-solving and communication skills
