What you'll do
- Lead architecture, design and delivery of Copilot Studio solutions and AI chatbots
- Define conversational AI patterns, standards and reusable frameworks
- Lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions
- Own and enforce governance, security and Responsible AI standards for Copilot and Power Platform
- Mentor and cross-train Power App developers into AI solution builders
- Partner with business owners to prioritize AI use cases and report on progress, risks and adoption
What you need
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Agent, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong experience delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Understanding of conversational AI design, UX, governance, security and performance optimization
- Stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in a Center of Excellence or shared services model
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience preferred
