About this role
ServiceNow builds an AI platform that automates workflows for large enterprises. In this full-stack role, you build and ship AI-powered features across the front end and back end of the product. You work with product owners on requirements and own features from design through implementation, test automation and delivery. The work includes building extensible APIs and accessible, componentized UIs for web, workspace and mobile. You also investigate customer-reported defects across client, server and platform layers. It suits an engineer with at least two years of Java or similar OO experience and strong JavaScript skills.

What you'll do
- Build and ship AI-powered product features
- Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews
- Own features end to end, from design through test automation and delivery
- Design extensible software and APIs that customers can customize
- Build accessible, performant UIs for web, workspace and mobile
- Investigate and fix customer-reported defects and escalations
What you need
- 2+ years with Java or a similar OO language, plus strong JavaScript
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React or Vue
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, OO design and design patterns
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs
- Experience with test automation and understanding of web accessibility
- Experience using or thinking critically about integrating AI into work
