What you'll do
- Design and develop cloud-native capabilities that extend Amazon Connect and improve customer and agent experiences
- Build APIs, event-driven services and integrations connecting Amazon Connect with enterprise and third-party systems
- Develop, test and support serverless applications and microservices using Lambda, TypeScript and AWS services
- Implement infrastructure with AWS CDK and repeatable deployment patterns
- Partner with Connect Engineers, Product Owners, architects and business stakeholders on customer journeys
What you need
- 2-6 years of experience
- Lambda and serverless development (Azure or Google Cloud Functions are comparable)
- TypeScript (Python or JavaScript are comparable)
- AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, KMS, EventBridge, IAM, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager and CloudWatch
- AWS CDK (CloudFormation or Terraform are comparable)
- API Gateway for REST and HTTP APIs
