What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical support to customers using enterprise healthcare software
- Investigate and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Review logs and error messages and follow SOPs, knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides
- Document each case with troubleshooting steps, findings, resolution and customer communication
- Escalate critical issues and collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams
- Meet SLA, quality and customer satisfaction targets and work rotational shifts
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related field
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of Windows, networking fundamentals, databases/SQL and application troubleshooting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Flexibility for rotational shifts and some weekend on-call
