What you'll do

  • Provide hands-on support and incident response in a 24/7 rotational shift setup, including nights, weekends and on-call
  • Investigate and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 issues and tickets from Jira/ServiceNow within SLAs
  • Monitor microservices, integration flows and Linux servers to catch performance problems and failures
  • Perform log analysis and root cause analysis for complex outages
  • Run deployments, configuration changes, updates, backups and health checks
  • Escalate defects to development teams and update runbooks and SOPs

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support
  • 2+ years of Linux scripting and troubleshooting within SLAs
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
  • 2+ years of experience with software testing, performance and quality engineering techniques
  • Customer service orientation and good problem-solving attitude
