What you'll do

  • Design generative, goal-oriented agents in Dialogflow CX (apps, agents, sub-agents, sessions)
  • Write system instructions and manage conversational memory and context for voice use
  • Deploy webhooks and backend APIs using Cloud Functions or Cloud Run
  • Build and register external APIs as tools the LLM can call
  • Create golden tests and automated simulation runs using SCRAPI's evals module
  • Track and optimize agent performance metrics such as real-time latency

What you need

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
  • Advanced Python: object-oriented programming, type hinting, async patterns
  • Familiarity with uv, virtual environments, pip, CLI and shell scripting
  • Working knowledge of Dialogflow CX and prompt engineering
  • Hands-on GCP experience including the gcloud CLI
  • Experience stated as 2-4 years (qualifications list 2-5 years)
