What you'll do
- Act as a point of contact for customers and handle inquiries by phone or electronic channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues on assigned Oracle products
- Research, re-create and test reported issues, and follow up with customers to confirm resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and report bugs to experienced peers

- Learn to use automation and AI tooling to find root causes and suggest process improvements
