What you'll do
- Provide L1 support to international users via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshoot OS, MS Office, hardware, printer, network, VPN and Active Directory issues
- Log, prioritize and track incidents in ServiceNow within SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and follow them through to resolution
- Follow ITIL processes and maintain accurate ticket documentation
What you need
- Graduate in any stream
- 0.5-1 year of experience in L1 service desk or help desk support, including supporting international clients
- Knowledge of OS, MS Office, Active Directory, VPN, ServiceNow, hardware and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work from the office in a 24x7 environment
